Contact UsThe NHBC has awarded 3 of our developments with the coveted ‘Pride in the job’ award. Legal and General Homes in Shrivenham, Bloor Homes in Chippenham and Bellway Homes in Wantage all received the award. This has been achieved with the high standards set on site by the respected site managers and their team of assistants and trade supervisors. A special mention to site supervisors Daniel Cechia, Ash Wedmore and Max Campos and their teams who have built a strong relationship with site management and consistently delivered on quality, production and safety.
Empire have just secured the carpentry package on behalf of Beard Construction to carry out refurbishment works to an existing building and the installation of works to a new dwelling. The project will supply the college with new classrooms and learning areas for the Fire Service.
Empire have been awarded the 3rd phase at the Kingston Park development for Bloor Homes Southern. This is the last phase of the development after recently completing phase one and currently finishing phase 2. This development consists of 254 units and phase 3 is 108 unit parcel. We have also been awarded pride in the job on this development.
Empire have just been awarded the Ambrose Garden site for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire. This development consists of 62 units situated between the picturesque village of Wroughton and Old Town in Swindon. Taylor Wimpey are a new client and we look forward to building a strong relationship with the region.
Empire have been awarded a new phase at the Easton Lane development in Chippenham for Bloor Homes South West. We have recently completed phase 2 on this development and this new phase consists of 97 units. We continue to have a strong working relationship with Bloor South west and this new phase takes us over 650 units in 5 years for them.
We are proud to receive the preferred contractor status with James Hardie. We will now be listed among 20 companies that cover the UK. Working closely with the technical and sales departments we have developed a close working relationship and a broad range of knowledge when dealing with James Hardie products. This status will only strengthen our position in a market that is growing at a rapid speed.

On Friday 5th October Empire attended a gala dinner hosted by Legal and General Homes at De Vere Beaumont Hotel in Old Windsor. We were awarded the Social Value contribution highly commended Award. Legal and General Homes are one of our newest clients, and to have received such an award so early in our working relationship goes to show the amazing work everyone has been achieving together.
